For a freer and more loving life, in touch with yourself

One-to-one sessions with your body as the way in. We make room for what you feel, and look at the patterns you keep running into.

A small-group workshop where you're allowed to feel and express your anger: with your voice, with movement, on the punching bag.
In my work, the body comes first. By slowing down and feeling what is really going on, you come closer to yourself, step by step, and to what you long for.
I like to make room for what was once too big or too painful to feel, so you can start to feel freer and lighter, and your life can become richer and more fulfilled.

“A great, surprising workshop for anyone who wants to explore their relationship with anger and with setting boundaries. Well structured, with pleasant and professional guidance from Inge.
Three words: clarifying, connecting, liberating. I got a lot out of it. Thanks, Inge!”
“I came to this workshop with a simple but deeply felt intention: to reconnect with the life force inside me and allow it to move freely again. I sensed that anger was the gateway, and I arrived ready to meet whatever was waiting there.
From the moment we began, Inge held the space with such warmth, steadiness, and care that I felt safe to arrive fully in myself. There was a beautiful sense of grounding throughout, a coherent unfolding that allowed each stage of the journey to emerge naturally from the one before it. By the time we moved into the more expressive bodywork and vocal practices, everything flowed with an ease that surprised me.
As I moved through the experience, I met anger. I met grief. Both carried immense energy. Rather than feeling separate, they felt like different currents of the same river, each leading me closer to something deeper and more essential. At the centre of it all, I found a tremendous amount of life force—pure vitality, power, aliveness, and presence.
What I had experienced as tiredness revealed itself as banked energy waiting for expression. As that energy began to move, I felt myself come alive in a way that is difficult to put into words. I felt powerful, grounded, connected, and deeply at home in myself.
I feel immense gratitude to Inge for holding the space so beautifully and for gently midwifing that journey. Her presence, skill, and care created the conditions for something deeply meaningful to unfold.
And perhaps the sweetest part of all was the feeling of wholeness that remained. The quiet knowing of who I am. The experience of meeting myself fully and finding life there. There is something profoundly precious about that. Nothing feels sweeter than being in the fullness of your own being.”
“An expert workshop, with loving and no-nonsense guidance from Inge and her assistant.
The exercises gave me insight into a stubborn pattern I already knew in myself, but had never before been able to feel through and express in such a safe environment. Thank you, Inge!!”
“I found it really nerve-racking to go screaming with a group of 'strangers'... but Inge creates such a warm and safe atmosphere that I managed to fully take part and experience it. Inge is also very decisive, and she's really good at helping you get in touch with your feelings. Definitely recommended.”
“It was a very special experience. A lovely, connecting day, with the group, but most of all with myself. Since the workshop I feel lighter and more in touch with myself. It feels as if certain emotions (from long ago) have finally found their place.”
“I want to recommend this workshop to others as I found it quite unique in the sphere of working with emotions, personal development, self-care. Giving space to anger helped me to access and release some pain and sadness that is beneath it. Fun exercises, among also one helping me with gaining more self-acceptance. Very powerful individual work on the box-bag! I am thankful for Inge's guidance in my process.”
“A really good workshop! Nicely built up, it felt safe, and Inge does it very naturally: grounded, but light too. I had a good scream and hit the punching bag. I'll be back!”
“Being angry, I can't do that, I thought. Or at least not in public. But it turned out I very much could, and afterwards I could also figure out much better why. It was so good! I'd recommend Screaming with Inge to anyone who finds being angry difficult. Inge holds your anger, and I don't think many people can do that. Thank you so much!”
“I learned to dare to welcome my fears and to look at what lies beneath them. And I practised a lot with gentleness and being loving towards myself. Inge brings so much safety, gentleness and skill; somehow she sees exactly what is going on, and where, in my body, and lovingly brings it to the surface so we can work with it.”
