Who I am
This website belongs to Inge Maassen, Europaplein 127, 1079 AX Amsterdam (KvK 83674519). For questions about your data, email deingemaassen@gmail.com.
What data
When you fill in a form, I receive your name, email address, phone number, your message and what you'd like to book. For a request on behalf of an organisation, also the organisation's name and the number of participants.
What for
I only use these details to reply to your message and to plan an appointment with you. I don't share them with anyone, and don't use them for newsletters or advertising.
Newsletter
If you sign up for the newsletter, I keep your email address in a secured Google spreadsheet to send you news and new dates now and then. You can always unsubscribe by replying to a newsletter or emailing me, and I'll take your address off the list.
Where they are kept
Your message arrives in a secured Google spreadsheet and as an email in my inbox. I use a service called Resend to send that email.
How long
I don't keep your details longer than needed. If we don't make an appointment, I delete them within a year.
Your rights
You can always ask me which details I have about you, and ask me to correct or delete them. Email deingemaassen@gmail.com.
Visitor statistics
To see how this website is used, I keep visitor statistics with Umami. This works without cookies and nothing is stored on your device. I can see which pages are viewed, which site or search engine brought visitors here, how fast pages load, how far people scroll, which links are clicked, and whether forms are started and sent. I can also see country, region, city, type of device, browser and language. Sometimes visitors are randomly shown one of two versions of a form, to compare which works best.
Your IP address is only used to work out your location and to count visits, and it isn't kept. What you type into a form doesn't go into the statistics, and I don't link them to your enquiry. These statistics are kept in a database in Frankfurt, managed by the person who builds this website, and don't go to an analytics company such as Google.
Vercel, the American company this website runs on, also counts page views with Vercel Web Analytics. It records the page, the site you came from, your country, region and city, and your type of device and browser. This also works without cookies: a visit is recognised by a code calculated from what your browser sends, which is discarded after 24 hours.
Error reports
If something on this website doesn't work, such as a form that can't be sent, the person who builds this website gets an error report through a service called Sentry. It holds technical details such as the page, your browser and what went wrong, but not what you typed into a form. The reports are kept on servers in the EU. Your IP address isn't kept with them.
