Portrait of Inge Maassen, smiling, with greenery behind her

About me

I'm Inge Maassen, and I live in a shared house in Amsterdam.

In 2018 I finished my bachelor's degree in Sustainable Agriculture. I noticed I wanted something other than learning from books. I longed to live from experience, from authenticity, and from connection with myself and others.

Personal struggles, including periods of depression, brought me to body-oriented therapy. There I discovered how much wisdom lives in the body, and how much space opens up when you learn to listen.

My path

  1. 2018

    Nonviolent Communication

It touched me deeply and taught me how honesty and connection go together. I've been training ever since, including seven year courses with Yoram Mosenzon.

  2. 2019

    Breathwork

A powerful way to stay present with what is, and to let in space, joy and aliveness. I trained as a breath coach at the Holos Academie.

  3. 2021

    Voice liberation

I discovered how powerful expression can be. The foundation course at the Centrum voor Stembevrijding brought me ever closer to my own voice.

  4. 2023

    Body-oriented therapy

I started the four-year training as a body-oriented attachment therapist at the Bellein Academie.

What all of this work keeps teaching me: the body knows the way. I keep listening, in my own process and in guiding others.

I look forward to being part of your journey, and to helping you, step by step, live what you long for.
